Use of Chatbots

We use chatbots to communicate with you. Chatbots have the capability to respond to your questions and other entries without the assistance of humans. Google Signals

We use Google Signals. Whenever you visit our website, Google Analytics records, among other things, your location, the progression of your search and YouTube progression as well as demographic data (site visitor data). This data may be used for customized advertising with the assistance of Google Signal. If you have a Google account, your site visitor information will be linked to your Google account by Google Signal and used to send you customized promotional messages. Contract data processing

This website uses the “E-Commerce Tracking” function of Google Analytics. Matomo

This website uses the open-source web analysis service Matomo.

Through Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data on the use of our website-by-website visitors. Google Ads

10.1 Data processing when integrating the trust badge/other widgets

The trust badge is provided by a US-American CDN provider (content delivery network). An appropriate level of data protection is ensured by standard data protection clauses and other contractual measures.

When the Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, the date and time of the call-up, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call-up. The IP address is anonymised immediately after collection so that the stored data cannot be assigned to you personally. The anonymised data is used in particular for statistical purposes and for error analysis.

10.2 Data processing after order completion

Provided that you have given your consent, the trust badge accesses order information stored in your terminal device (order total, order number, purchased product, if applicable) and email address after the order has been completed and your email address is hashed using a cryptological one-way function. The hash value is then transmitted to Trusted Shops with the order information in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

This serves to check whether you are already registered for Trusted Shops services. If this is the case, further processing takes place in accordance with the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops. If you are not yet registered for the services or do not give your consent to automatic recognition via the trust badge, you will subsequently be given the opportunity to register manually for the use of the services or to conclude the protection within the scope of your possibly already existing user agreement.

For the purpose of analysing and optimising our websites, we use various services, which are described below. For example, we can analyse how many users visit our site, which information is most in demand or how users find the offer. Among other things, we collect data on which website a person came to our website from (so-called referrer), which subpages of the website are accessed or how often and for how long a subpage was viewed.
