Payment and Shipping
We integrate payment services of third-party companies on our website. When you make a purchase from us, your payment data (e.g. name, payment amount, bank account details, credit card number) are processed by the payment service provider for the purpose of payment processing. For these transactions, the respective contractual and data protection provisions of the respective providers apply. The use of the payment service providers is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract processing) and in the interest of a smooth, convenient, and secure payment transaction (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Insofar as your consent is requested for certain actions, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR is the legal basis for data processing; consent may be revoked at any time for the future.

Pay with Bancontact/Maestro
With Bancontact, you will be redirected to your bank's payment environment during the payment process. With this payment method, your payment is debited immediately.
To pay by Bancontact or Maestro*, follow the steps below from the moment you select your payment method:
- Enter your name, card number and expiry date.
- Click on "Continue" to go to the "Check and submit order" page After clicking on "Order and pay", you will be redirected to your bank's payment environment. Complete your payment here.
- If your payment is successful, you will be redirected to the Cosyworld website. Here your order will be completed and you will see confirmation of your payment.
- As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
*Do you have a Maestro card? Then you can also enter it in the Bancontact payment method.
Pay with iDEAL
With iDEAL, you will be redirected to your bank's payment environment during the payment process. You can pay with iDEAL if you have internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers and Triodos Bank. With this payment method, your payment is directly debited from your account.
To pay with iDEAL, follow the steps below from the moment you select your payment method:
- Select your bank
- Click on "Continue" to go to the "Check and submit order" page After clicking on "Confirm and proceed to iDEAL", you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
- You will be redirected to your bank's payment environment
- Complete your payment here
Don't forget to return to the Cosyworld website after payment. This is where your order will be completed and you will receive confirmation of your payment.
Klarna
The supplier is Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter “Klarna“). Klarna offers various payment options (e.g., hire purchase). If you choose to pay with Klarna (Klarna checkout solution), Klarna will collect various personal data from you. Klarna uses cookies to optimize the use of Klarna checkout solution. Paydirekt
The provider of this payment service is Paydirekt GmbH, Hamburger Allee 26-28, 60486 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Paydirekt”). If you make payment via Paydirekt, Paydirekt collects various transaction data and forwards them to the bank with which you are registered with Paydirekt. Paydirekt then authenticates the transaction by means of the authentication procedure stored with the bank. The payment amount is then transferred from your account to our account. instant transfer Sofort
The provider of this payment service is Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, Germany (hereinafter “Sofort GmbH”). With the help of the “Sofortüberweisung” procedure, we receive a payment confirmation from Sofort GmbH in real time and can immediately begin to fulfill our obligations. If you have chosen the payment method “Sofortüberweisung”, please send the PIN and a valid TAN to Sofort GmbH, with which it can log into your online banking account. Sofort GmbH automatically checks your account balance after logging in and carries out the transfer to us with the help of the TAN you have transmitted. Afterwards, it immediately sends us a transaction confirmation. After you log in, your turnover, the credit limit of the overdraft facility and the existence of other accounts and their balances are also checked automatically. In addition to the PIN and the TAN, the payment data entered by you as well as personal data will be transmitted to Sofort GmbH. The data about your person are first and last name, address, telephone number(s), email address, IP address and possibly other data required for payment processing. We use eps transfer, an online payment service, on our website. The service provider is the Austrian company Stuzza GmbH, Frankgasse 10/8, 1090 Vienna, Austria. Shipping costs are calculated on a flat-rate basis. Goods are dispatched by GLS, DHL and Dachser as service providers.
The Cosy2Go product is shipped by DHL and Dachser. Shipping costs for the Cosy2Go 80 x 200 cm, 90 x 200 cm and 100 x 200 cm models are €35. For the Cosy2Go 120 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm models, shipping costs are €95.
Shipping is free of charge within Germany and Austria, unless otherwise stated.
Customs clearance costs will be charged for shipping to Switzerland.
Delivery area
The delivery area includes Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
Delivery time
The delivery time is 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that we unfortunately have no influence on delays caused by our shipping service providers.
Deposit
The applicable deposit rates will be charged.
Delivery conditions
We deliver only by mail order. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
Return conditions
We grant a 30-day right of return. If you wish to return the goods to us within 30 days of placing the order, please contact our customer service department. We will then send you the returns label. Pack the goods in their original packaging and stick the label on the box. We do not accept returns within the 30 day period that are not sent in the original packaging.
If you wish to return the goods because of a defect and the original packaging is no longer available, you should try to obtain replacement packaging. Pack the goods well and secure them properly for transport. Otherwise, any damage to the goods may be attributed to inappropriate and defective packaging during transport. Complaints and any justified claims for reimbursement may therefore be difficult for us to follow up. If in doubt, please contact our Customer Service department.
